Bulkachuwa: NBA Leaders should resign if they fail to force NJC to react – Lawyer Declares

A Nigerian lawyer Nnamdi Nwokeuku Esq has declared that Lawyers shall force Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, Leaders to resign from office if they cannot mandate the National Judicial Council to discipline former President of the Court of Appeal, Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa rtd over the revelations made by her husband, Senator Bulkachuwa that he influenced his wife to give favorable judgements to his fellow politicians.
The lawyer made the declaration in a Facebook post that has generated responses from other lawyers.
Reacting to the declaration, the 2nd Vice President of the NBA, Clement Chukwuemeka Esq distanced himself from the seeming inaction of the NBA Leadership on the issue and stated that he has condemned the sordid revelation in his personal capacity.
