NBA Should Track Down Lawyers who Disparage Presidential Election Petitions Justices on Social Media – Lawyer, Abbas Zailani
A Lawyer, Abbas Zailani has urged Nigerian Bar Association to monitor social media groups and track down lawyers who disparage Justices of Presidential Election Tribunal for their decisions.
In a post on Lawyers Social Media group, Lawyers in Nigeria, Zailani Esq asked NBA to track down lawyers who will want to disparage their noble Lords.
The Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) affirmed the election of President Bola Tinubu and dismissed the petitions of Mr Peter Obi of the Labour Party and his party and Alhaji Abubakar Atiku and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Justice Haruna Tasmani, in his judgement which lasted over 12 hours, said that the petitioner’s failed to prove their allegations beyond reasonable doubt.
