The Kebbi Commissioner of Police is seeking the support of journalists to collaborate in the fight against crimes.

 

The Commissioner of Police in Kebbi State, Chris Aimionowane, has appealed for the collaboration of media practitioners affiliated with the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) to combat criminal activities in the state. Aimionowane made this plea during a visit to the state Council of the NUJ, led by Comrade Garba Mohammed Yeldu, alongside senior police officers. He emphasized the crucial role of the media in achieving the goals of the police command and urged all working journalists in the state to provide him with maximum support for success. Aimionowane acknowledged that his past achievements were made possible through the support of the media.
