“Yoruba Nation Agitator Sunday Igboho Denies Death Rumor, Assures Public He’s Alive and Well”
Yoruba Nation agitator, Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Igboho, has firmly rejected rumors about his death, labeling the reports circulating on social media as “false and misleading.”
Igboho’s spokesman, Olayomi Koiki, issued a statement on his behalf, addressing the speculations that were initially shared on the Seyi Tinubu Youth Battalion Facebook page. The post claimed that details about Igboho’s supposed death would be revealed soon, but Koiki quickly dismissed these reports.
“We want to assure the general public and supporters of the Yoruba Nation movement that Dr. Chief Sunday Adeyemo Igboho is alive, well, and in high spirits,” Koiki stated. “There is no truth to the rumors being spread by certain individuals and groups trying to mislead the public. This is a deliberate attempt to tarnish his image and derail the ongoing self-determination struggle.”
He emphasized that Igboho is in good health and spending time with his family. Koiki also reiterated that Igboho’s commitment to the Yoruba Nation’s self-determination movement remains unwavering and strong.
“The mission for the self-determination of the Yoruba people remains unshaken. We call on our supporters to remain vigilant and focused on our collective goal,” Koiki concluded.
The statement from Igboho’s camp aims to reassure supporters and the general public that the Yoruba Nation leader is continuing his work despite the unfounded rumors.
