Most people running for office in ADC, APC are thieves – Sam Amadi

A former Chairman of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission, NERC, Sam Amadi, has described most people running for public office in the African Democratic Congress, ADC, and All Progressives Congress, APC, as thieves.

Amadi also described the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, as a compromised, corrupt and biased organization, noting that the anti-graft agency cannot prosecute President Bola Tinubu’s team.

In a post on his X handle on Thursday, Amadi, also the Director of the Abuja School of Social and Political Thoughts,
suggested that almost all Nigerian governors and legislators are corrupt.

According to him, most governors and legislators had stolen from the public treasury, with exception of Mr Peter Obi and a few others.

Amadi said: “Two Sides of Truth: Almost all Nigerian govs & Legislators are corrupt. They stole, with exception of @PeterObi & one or two.

“Most people running for office in ADC or APC are thieves

“@officialEFCC is a compromised, corrupt & biased organization. It cannot prosecute Tinubu’s team.”
