BREAKING: FCT Head Of Service Adayilo Is Dead

The Head of Civil Service in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Mrs Grace Adayilo, has reportedly died.

Adayilo, an indigene of Abuja and the first to ever occupy the position in the FCT Administration, reportedly slumped and passed away in the early hours of Monday.

According to ThisDay, sources confirmed that the late civil service chief had attended a church service on Sunday where she made donations to the congregation, showing no signs of ailment before her sudden death.

The Senior Special Assistant on Public Communications and Social Media to the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, Mr Lere Olayinka, confirmed the development on Monday morning.

“She has passed on,” Olayinka told journalists.
