2023 Elections: “The Time is Now, Come out and vote” – Ex Governor- Eastern Bar Forum

The general elections for the birth of a New Nigeria has come. There will be no sitting on the fence. Sitting on the fence is like sitting on the middle of the road, you will definitely be crushed.

We have to decide our tomorrow, our future and the future of our children and grandchildren. We cannot leave it for anyone, it is our duty, our responsibility so we must take charge.

In this election we cannot be intimidated or cowed. We must vote in this election or we die trying because sometimes there is no next time,. sometimes there is no second chance, the time is now.

I urge all of us to come out en masse and vote. No individual or group can cow, threaten or intimidate us from voting. Instead let us intimidate them by coming out to vote and vote wisely.

We must have hope and be vigilant for as the Israeli Prime Minister *Benjamin Netanyahu* said “” _Never give up hope, always remain vigilante. Hope charts the future, vigilance protects it”_
