Angry Lagos NBA, Etiosa Forum to Protest the Police Killing of Female Lawyer on Christmas Day
Members of Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, Lagos Branch and Eti Osa Lawyers Forum are set to storm the Ajiwe Police Station Lagos State by 10 am today to protest the Christmas Day killing of Mrs. Omobolanle Raheem by Police Men.
Many lawyers have decried the killing, urging the police high command to stem incidences of extra-judicial killing among its ranks.
The Lagos Police Publicity officer, SP Benjamin Hundeyin has condemned the killing, describing it as “unfortunate” and “Avoidable”. The PPRO also revealed that the killer policemen have been arrested.
