Breaking: After Being a Panelist at NBA Enugu Conference, 6 weeks old Lawyer, Senator Dino Melaye get Appointed into NBA SPIDEL Annual Conference Planning Committee
The Nigerian Bar Association’s Section on Public Interest and Development Law, NBA SPIDEL has appointed six weeks old lawyer and former Kogi Lawmaker, Senator Dino Melaye, as a member of the Section’s Conference Planning Committee for the Section’s Conference coming up in Uyo Akwa Ibom State from 18th to 21st November 2025.
Senator Melaye appointment is the second time the new lawyer is appointed into a high profile position in the Nigerian Bar Association having been earlier selected in a controversial manner to be one of the High profile panelist at the just concluded NBA Annual General Conference in Enugu barely 4 weeks after he became a lawyer.
The 43 members committee will be chaired by Assoc. Prof. Uju Agomoh, with Paul Daudu, SAN, serving as the Alternate Chairman. The list also features several distinguished Senior Advocates of Nigeria, including Ikeazor Akaraiwe, SAN, Chief Assam Assam, SAN, Mba Ukweni, SAN, Andrew Odum, SAN, and Ejike Ezenwa, SAN, among others. Enome Amartey has been appointed as the Secretary of the Committee.
