BREAKING: Tinubu’s new ministerial nominees arrive Senate for screening
The three ministerial nominees appointed by President Bola Tinubu are now in the Senate Chambers for screening and confirmation as ministers.
The nominees include Jamila Bio Ibrahim, Ayodele Olawande, and Abass Lawal Balarabe.
This followed a motion moved by Senate leader, Opeyemi Bamidele, which urged the Senate to suspend its relevant rules to admit strangers including the nominees and the Senior Special Assistant to the President on National Assembly Matters (Senate), Senator Abdullahi Abubakar Gumel.
