Decomposing Body of Hon. Justice Azuka Found After Kidnapping

The decomposed body of Hon. Justice Azuka, a member of the Anambra State House of Assembly who was recently reported missing, has been discovered. The tragic find was made on Thursday morning by a combined security team near the 2nd Niger Bridge.

Anambra State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Tochukwu Ikenga, confirmed the discovery in a text message to the press. “Yes, our operatives are currently at the scene. As soon as I get more details, I will keep you updated,” he stated.

Hon. Azuka, who represented the Onitsha I North constituency, was abducted by gunmen on December 24, 2024, while returning home along Ugwunaobankpa Road in Inland Town, Onitsha. His body was found after weeks of uncertainty, marking a heartbreaking end to the search.
