The scheme, which aims to provide affordable housing options for lawyers and other professionals, held an allocation event on Sunday, December 22, 2024, at the project site near the VON/Trademore Estate Junction on Airport Road in Abuja.
The event, which took place from 3 pm to 6 pm, allowed allottees to claim their plots and make payments in installments over a period of up to two years. The scheme’s administrator, Silas E. Agbara Esq., a Senior Associate at M.I Dikko SAN & Associates, encouraged interested individuals to join the scheme or send a proxy to secure their allocations.
The housing project, located beneath the picturesque Galadimawa Hills, boasts FCDA allocation and approved building plans. The development received a significant boost on December 5, 2024, when the expressway leading to the estate was flagged off by the authorities. As a result, land prices are expected to double by January 2025, making this an opportune moment for investors to secure their plots.
