Gov. Abdullahi Sule Inaugurates Committee to Investigate Teacher Recruitment Irregularities

Engr. Rabiu Bichi, the newly appointed Managing Director of the Hadejia Jamaere River Basin Development Authority (HJRBDA), has stirred political conversations in Kano with a bold prediction for the 2027 general elections. Bichi confidently declared that the people of Kano State will rally behind the All Progressives Congress (APC) and President Bola Tinubu, securing a sweeping victory for the party. Speaking at a dinner organized by the Coalition of APC Youth Movement (CAYM), Bichi outlined how the people of Kano have grown disillusioned with the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP), particularly under the leadership of Governor Abba Yusuf, whose policies he described as “anti-people.”

The new HJRBDA MD stressed that the APC youth movement in the state is already mobilizing supporters, with their eyes firmly set on securing a massive win for President Tinubu in the 2027 polls. He also expressed gratitude to President Tinubu for appointing former Governor Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje as the APC National Chairman, praising his leadership as an essential factor in the party’s success in multiple states.
