“Governor Idris Approves Construction of Government Girls’ Secondary School in Dirin Daji”
Governor Nasir Idris of Kebbi State has approved the construction of a Government Girls’ Secondary School in Dirin Daji, Sakaba Local Government Area, in response to a request from the local chiefdom.
Speaking during a thank-you visit to the Dirin Daji Chiefdom Palace, Governor Idris assured the residents of his ongoing commitment to improving education and fostering community development. “I have carefully considered the request of the chiefdom and I am pleased to announce the approval for the construction of the Government Girls’ Secondary School in this area,” the governor said.
He further emphasized his administration’s dedication to supporting the people of Kebbi State and expressed appreciation for their strong support of his leadership.
In his response, the Chief of Dirin Daji, Alhaji Mohammed Ladan Musa, expressed his deep gratitude for the approval, calling the decision a significant step toward improving educational opportunities for girls in the region. The new school is seen as a key initiative in empowering young girls and enhancing education in Dirin Daji.
