Governor Yusuf Lauds ADC and Escort Commander for Dedication in Promotion Ceremony

Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf, has officially promoted his Aide-De-Camp (ADC), Sanusi Abubakar, and his Escort Commander, Rabiu Shitu, to the rank of Superintendent of Police (SP). The promotion ceremony took place at the Government House in Kano, with the Kano State Commissioner of Police, CP Dogo Salman, present to assist in the decoration of the officers.

Before their elevation, both officers held the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), which was marked by three-star insignias. They are now adorned with the crown-and-star crest of Superintendent of Police, signifying a significant milestone in their police careers.

Governor Yusuf commended the officers for their dedication and professionalism, describing them as “dedicated personnel with a promising future.” He urged them to intensify their efforts in ensuring the safety and security of the people in Kano State.

SP Sanusi Abubakar expressed his gratitude for the promotion, calling it both an honor and a privilege to serve in such an esteemed capacity.
