Jude Okoye breaks silence on P-Square feud, EFCC Allegations
Jude Okoye, the elder brother of Peter Okoye and Paul Okoye of the defunct music group P-Square, has vowed to speak on the allegations leveled against him by his younger sibling, Peter.
Jude, who was the manager of P-Square, said he will address the issues later this evening.
“Been silent for too long,” he wrote on Instagram.
Peter had accused Jude of secretly diverting millions of dollars in royalties from P-Square’s earnings into a private account.
In a social media post, he recounted how he discovered a secret company called Northside Music, founded by Jude and his wife, Ifeoma Okoye, used in carrying out the act.
According to Peter, despite confronting Paul multiple times about the company and the missing royalties, he was met with repeated denials.
“To my shock, the founders and directors of this secret company were none other than JUDE Okoye and his wife, Ifeoma Okoye, and the registered address was the family home of JUDE’s wife,” Peter revealed
“I knew I had to talk to PAUL about it. I approached him multiple times… Each time I met with him, he denied knowing anything about it.”
Peter explained that his legal team was instructed to focus solely on Jude and his wife as the primary suspects in the case, excluding Paul entirely.
The situation escalated when Peter, after failing to get answers from Paul and Jude, reported the matter to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
