Kogi assembly recalls 4 suspended members

 

The Kogi state House of Assembly, Tuesday, announced the recall of  four members of the House, suspended for alleged gross misconduct  seven months ago.

Speaker of the state assembly, Mathew Kolawole, who  announced the lifting of the suspension during plenary in Lokoja, said the recall was borne out of the desire of the House to forgive them of the offences they committed.

The four recalled members are former Deputy Speaker, Ahmed Mohammed;  former majority leader, Bello Balogun; Idris Ndakwo  and former Deputy Chief Whip, Moses Ododo.
