NBA Nyanya-Karu Branch Inaugurates New Leadership: Alexander Ebi Edim Esq as Chairman, Mazi Echika Ejido as Secretary
The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Nyanya-Karu Branch has inaugurated a new executive committee, with Alexander Ebi Edim Esq sworn in as Chairman and Mazi Echika Ejido as Secretary, marking the beginning of a new leadership era for the branch.
The inauguration ceremony, held at the NBA National Headquarters in Abuja, was presided over by the 3rd Vice President of the NBA, Zainab Aminu Garba. In her charge to the newly elected executive, she urged them to be visionary, selfless, and proactive in the discharge of their duties. She emphasized the importance of teamwork and integrity, encouraging the leaders to carry every member along and steer the branch toward greater relevance and impact within the legal profession.
Garba also expressed her delight at the peaceful transition and the unity demonstrated during the ceremony, describing it as a commendable example of internal democracy and professional maturity.

The executive committee was sworn in by Emmanuel Abang Esq, a Notary Public and senior member of the Branch.
Also present at the event was the NBA National Welfare Secretary, Auta Nyada Esq, who served as the Secretary of the Electoral Committee that conducted the elections.
In his inaugural address, Chairman Alexander Ebi Edim Esq thanked members for their confidence and support, pledging to take the branch to new heights through inclusive leadership, professional excellence, and robust member engagement.
