“NNPP Sets Sights on 2027 as Kelechi Apugo Becomes Abia Chairman”
The New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) has successfully concluded its State Congress in Abia State, electing Kelechi Apugo as the new Chairman. Apugo, who had been serving as the acting Chairman of the party in the state, was re-elected following the conclusion of the Ward and Local Government Congresses.
The Congress, which took place in Umuahia, saw Apugo’s election alongside other key members of the party’s executive. Delegates praised Apugo for his leadership during his time as acting Chairman, attributing his re-election to his impressive performance.
