PDP Set to Hold Key Members Accountable with Disciplinary Hearing

According to Ikimi, the National Disciplinary Committee of the PDP convened on Wednesday, 5th February 2025, at Legacy House in Maitama, Abuja, as part of its ongoing efforts to maintain party discipline under Section 57(1) of the amended 2017 PDP Constitution.

The committee reviewed five petitions received so far and decided that the first set of petitions, which were directed at certain key members of the National Working Committee (NWC), would be stepped down for now. This decision was made in a bid to avoid undermining the ongoing reconciliation efforts of the Governors’ Forum and the Board of Trustees.
