Stop playing pranks with God, Mike Bamiloye warns bloggers, false testifiers

Founder of Mount Zion Faith Ministries, Mike Bamiloye, has issued a stern warning to individuals who deliberately give fake testimonies in churches.

According to Bamiloye, those who take to the Lord’s altar to tell false stories about miracles are “playing pranks with God” and risking divine judgment.

The renowned evangelist, Bamiloye, criticised those who fabricate stories of divine intervention, claiming that such actions not only deceive the congregation but also mock God’s power.

“If you stand on the Lord’s Altar to give fake testimonies deliberately, you are playing pranks with God,” Bamiloye warned, emphasising the seriousness of such actions.

He disclosed this in a Thursday post in a Facebook post on his official account.

He also directed his message at bloggers who sensationalise issues within the Church, accusing them of working for the devil to embarrass and tarnish the image of the Church for monetary gain.

Bamiloye stated, “You bloggers, employed and paid by the devil to drag His body in the mud… are being used by the devil.”

The preacher reinforced his unwavering belief in God’s unlimited power, reminding Christians of biblical miracles, from bringing water out of a rock to multiplying bread.

He stressed that while God can do all things, false testimonies dishonour Him and risk the spiritual well-being of those involved.

According to the post, Bamiloye’s message serves as a sharp reminder to Christians about the dangers of deceit within the Church, urging all to be cautious and sincere in their faith.

His warning concluded with a solemn call for repentance, as those “playing pranks with God” are warned of the “terrible judgment” awaiting them.

fake testimonies—a trending issue—where individuals fabricate or exaggerate stories of divine intervention, pose significant ethical concerns, especially within religious settings.

These false accounts not only deceive congregations but also undermine the authenticity of genuine spiritual experiences. In some cases, content editors may be tasked with editing testimonies for publication, often enhancing the narrative for greater impact or engagement.

“PLAYING PRANKS WITH GOD!
If you stand on the Lord’s Altar to give fake testimonies deliberately,
You are playing pranks with God!
If you mount the Altar of God to deliberately tell lies that God has done what He knew nothing about,
You are playing pranks with God!
If you arranged a fake testimony to be said on the Lord’s altar just to pump up congregation,
You are playing pranks with God!
If the devil set you up to embarrass the church through all his reckless bloggers,
You are playing pranks with God!
And you BLOGGERS looking for things to write against the Church of Christ, employed and paid by the devil to drag His Body in the mud and stripe the church naked in the market place for monetisation,
Come on, you are ignorant of the flat that you are being used by the devil.
As for me, God is unlimited.
There is nothing, absolutely nothing He can not do!
He can do ALL THINGS!
He brought water out of the rock.
He walked upon the sea.
He brought out a coin from the fish’s mouth.
He turned water into wine and multiplied bread in the hands of disciples.
The entire Bible is full of mind-blowing miracles!
Luke 1:37 KJV
For with God, nothing shall be impossible.
But if the Devil has given you a gift and you come to the Lord’s Altar to give God the glory,
You are playing pranks with God!
He would not take the dirty glory of the Devil.
He is King of Glory.
If you are playing pranks with God,
I am so sorry for your derailing soul.
The Devil that employed you to do this has a damning agenda for your soul.
The Judgement of God is hanging upon all the pranksters who are making mockery of God and the Body of Christ.
It is a terrible judgement!
They have misled multitudes of weak Christians.
They have discouraged lots of new converts.
They have hardened the hearts of many unbelievers.
For the purpose of monetisation.
If you play pranks with God, you are risking your soul and playing with God’s judgment
