Tinubu to attend business forum in Qatar

President Bola Tinubu is set to leave Lagos State for a business forum in Qatar.

This was disclosed on the official X handle of the Presidency Nigeria on Thursday, February 29.

Following an invitation from the Emir of Qatar, His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Tinubu will be visiting the country to honour the invitation.

The statement reads: “President Tinubu honours invitation to visit Qatar and participate in business and investment forum”.

Qatar earlier rejected the business forum trip stating that there was no agreement signed between the state of Qatar and the Federal Republic of Nigeria on investment and promotion.
