Wike’s Bold Defiance: “I’m Untouchable in PDP

In a bold statement on Monday in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory Minister Nyesom Wike dismissed political critics who have called for his expulsion from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Addressing the media, Wike asserted confidently, “I am still in PDP. I worked hard for the party. I have not seen anybody who will have the guts to tell me, Wike, you are not a member of the party. Who is that? What is his contribution to the party that is more than me?”

The minister’s remarks come amid mounting speculation and calls from some factions within the party seeking to question his membership status.

Wike’s stance underscores his determination to remain a key player within the PDP, asserting his influence and commitment despite internal party tensions.
