Edo State Judiciary Publishes Chief Judges Phone Number for reports of Judges and Court officials misconduct
The Edo state Judiciary has published the phone number of the Chief Judge of the State and urged citizens to report misconducts from the courts and court officials in the following situations
1. COURT NOT SITTING
2. STAFF NOT ON SEAT
3. DEMAND FOR MONEY NOT COVERED BY
GOVERNMENT TREASURY RECEIPT
4. DELAY IN OBTAINING JUDGEMENTS,
ORDERS AND CERTIFIED TRUE COPIES OF
COURT PROCESSES
5. DELAY IN COMPILING RECORDS OF APPEAL
6. NON-SERVICE OF COURT PROCESSES
7. DEMAND FOR MONEY FOR BAIL OR TO
PERFECT BAIL CONDITIONS
8. TOUTING WITHIN THE COURT PREMISES
9. ANY OTHER JUST COMPLAINTS
