Eze Ndigbo of Ibadanland is Dead

Report confirmed that he died at the age of 74 on Tuesday at his Ososami residence in Ibadan, Oyo State.

Anozie was a prominent businessman and community leader. He was the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of CONAC Optical Company, Ibadan. He was also the President of the Non-Indigenes Traditional Council of Ibadan and Oyo State.

In a statement, the Personal Assistant to the deceased, Mr Samuel Ule, said that Anozie had some weaknesses in his body and went to Fumbell Diagnostic Centre to conduct a test on Monday morning.

“The result of the test was to come out today, but sadly we were shocked to hear that he slept and could not wake up from his sleep,” Ule said.

Anozie’s remains have been taken to his country home, Igboukwu, in Aguata Local Government Area, Anambra State, for final buria
