FULL DECISION: NBA Branches Election Appeal Committee Dismisses all Election Petitions from NBA Nyanya-Karu Branch
NBA Nyanya-Karu Branch Electoral Committee Chairman, Steve Emelieze
The Nigerian Bar Association NBA Branches Electoral Appeal Committee has dismissed all election Appeals emanating from the newly created Nyanya-Karu branch of the Association paving way for the first election of the Branch to hold tomorrow, the 17th of June 2021.
According to the final decision of the Appeal Committee dated the 12th day of June 2023, It received 4 petitions from petitions from 3 petitioners. Moses Ejiofor Obeta Esq submitted two petitions, while Ichie Magnus Onwukwe and Collins Maxwell Esq submitted one petition each.
The Committee Chaired by A.A Ibrahim SAN dismissed all the petitions and upheld the decisions of the Branch Electoral Committee headed by Mr Steve Emelieze Esq.
